I got this rack to hang up my wigs and toppers and such, and I can report that the individual round racks do hang one after the other like advertised. It also came with several methods to hang this system, such as over-the-door hooks, hooks to put into the wall, etc. I found an area on the backside of a door that has a mirror that I wanted to try but quickly learned that my longer wigs and toppers ended up overlapping on one another since the round hanger parts are very close to one another. I could hang one long wig on the bottom, but esp for my toppers, they just slid off as there really isn’t a way to ‘catch’ them to hold them without a full round head shape in there. And, you don’t want hairpieces to overlap when you store them, as it causes them to get frizzy and wear out sooner. I’m somewhat new to the hairpieces, and I did since discover that you really want to store them in an enclosed package if you don’t wear them often, esp in dusty SoCal. So, this particular method of storing my hairpieces will not work for me overall. I will use this rack to store the ponytail clips, etc, so I’ll repurpose it to organize some other hair or personal items, so that will be good. The metal seems to hold shape, and is nice and strong, and does build together to make a helpful ‘string’ of round metal hoops for other things, like storing baseball caps or small hats because of the shape, but not larger hats due to the shape and fact that these store right up against a wall and that they are so close together. So, if you have a bunch of caps or small hats, or other items that this shape would work to store, the quality I can report is there, and this is likely a good system for you. It just didn’t work out for my original purpose of storing or holding my hairpieces.
