Loved the item when I first got it. In just over a month it did help my face. However, about 6 weeks after getting the product it stopped working properly. First the low setting wouldn’t work, then neither worked. I replaced batteries, it worked for a moment and then stopped again. I tried to contact customer service during the business hours listed on their website (Clio) and the recording said they were closed? Confusing and a bit concerning. I have sent email request for resolution so hopefully they will stand behind their product and either replace or refund. If resolution is satisfactory I will amend my review, but at this time 2 stars. Disappointed to say the least.
