Ok, It has holes for the fingers, so it’s not like it needs to be a certain length to fit a hand. The padding could use a little more cushion, but it works for me and for the kids when they do the light punching bags. (Which is what I got it for)You do feel it a little more than you would with a stronger padding, but it has padding and it works. I haven’t tested it on an adult male’s hands, so I can’t say how good it is for that.
